Gated Resource
Downstream structural layers
This material is provided for exposure owners and approved parties. It describes downstream option-space mapping that activates only after loss of recoverability is conclusive.
What this is
- A constraint map of remaining structurally viable outcomes, after internal recoverability is lost.
- Subtractive: it removes futures that require internal repair, trust restoration, or adaptive self-correction.
- Bounded: it enumerates viable corridors, not “what will happen.”
What this is not
- Prediction, forecasting, or scenario planning.
- Advice, recommendations, or decision automation.
- A substitute for governance, policy, or operations.
Activation gate
Downstream mapping activates only when loss of recoverability is structurally conclusive. It is not used in early warning or prevention engagements.
